  • Damage Caused by Agrobunch: Products that arrive damaged due to negligence or mishandling by Agrobunch during packaging or shipping are eligible for return.

Ineligibility for Returns

  • Damage Not Caused by Agrobunch: Products damaged during transit by the courier service are not eligible for return or refund from Agrobunch.
  • Used or Consumed Products: Once a product has been used or consumed, it is generally not eligible for return.
  • Products Not in Original Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, including original packaging, to be eligible for a refund.
  • Sale Items: Sale items are typically final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Within 3 days of receiving your order, if you believe the product was damaged by Agrobunch, contact us to initiate a return request.
  2. Provide Order Details: Provide your order number, the name of the product(s) you wish to return, and detailed evidence of damage (photos/videos).
  3. Return Authorization: We will review your claim. If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions for returning the product(s).
  4. Shipping: If the return is approved, we may arrange for pickup or provide instructions for return shipping.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product(s) are inspected and approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
